Any clue as to why they would skip 317?
ReplyDeleteMaybe just human error and 318 is really 317 and 319 really 318?
ReplyDeleteI always thought they would wait to publish until each family had received the referral, but I recently found out that's not necessarily the case as a family in Europe saw their referral on my blog before they heard about it from their agency.
317 is not skipped. It took place on 30th of April. IAC has not examined referrals, but applications of approved organizations for issuance of new approvals for mediation in intercountry adoptions.
