…on a Tuesday night. Do you know what your kids are doing?
Mine is outside on the deck in 60 degree weather getting completely soaked at his sand and water table and having the time of his life. This is the kid that hates baths and screams bloody murder throughout them.
What comes to mind is Dr. Seuss, “You’ve never yet met a pet, I bet, as wet as they let this wet pet get.”
P.S. Just so you know, it’s now almost 8:30, Rex is inside, dried off, and snuggled into his jammies with a bowl of warm, homemade pumpkin tomato soup in his belly.
I love the picture with him sticking his tongue out. He looks very happy. Hope he learns to love baths soon!

ReplyDeleteIt's a good thing he was wearing a bib, otherwise he might have gotten messy! Ha! ;-) What a precious boy!
ReplyDeleteIf he's anything like our kids, the water table will be what calms down bath time a bit. After some fun time with the water table (including Joe dumping the water on his head and then letting the kids do it to him) they now both love bath time and only have fits when we don't give them on that night!
