"Charlotte"

Our agency just received the file of a so-sweet toddler girl who may or may not be from the same country as my little Emilia. "Charlotte" will be two years old in June. She has spina bifida and shows signs of hydrocephalus. She enjoys reaching and grabbing at hanging toys and interacting with adults. She laughs when tickled or teased by her caretakers. She can hold her head upright, but has some difficulty if she is on her stomach. She repeats sounds and words. A medical report is currently available.
