Bulgaria International Adoptions Through 6/30/11

MOJ released the numbers of closed international adoption procedures for the first six months of this year. I am not exactly sure what the second column means. I am also not certain why there is a disagreement in the total numbers. Maybe someone else can take a look at the document and figure it out: http://www.justice.government.bg/new/Documents/Adoptions/sagl%20mp%2030%2006%2011.doc

  1. I don't know why the numbers disagree... but maybe the numbers on right and left refer to those adopted traditionally and those adopted from the SN list?
