Together Forever Day

Our Together Forever Day was July 14, 2011 when we picked up Rex from the orphanage and he left these blue gates behind for always. The building you see is where his room was.During the taxi ride to the apartment, Rex was beaming with happiness in a way we'd never seen before. Notice the hills in the background. His orphanage is located on a hill on the outskirts of Yerevan.Can you tell he has two cowlicks on the top of his head? A number of Armenians told us that this means he will marry twice.

    Happy dance! That is so interesting about his hair. When we adopted Tam people on the street would tell us that he was going to be rich because of how his ears were shaped.

    Congratulations! Chinese people tell us the 2 cowlicks (double crowns) mean he's strong-willed :)
