Help For The Least Of These in Pleven

I have written on my blog about the baby house in Pleven and the horrendous conditions there a number of times. Recently, a fund has been established through the Eli Project to help cover medical care expenses for some of the most neglected, weakest, sickest children there. They will be treated at Tokuda Hospital in Sofia. MOJ and the Bulgarian Child Protection Agency are aware of and on board with this project.
