Today we moved into a nicer apartment that is much safer for the kids. It's adjacent to a private playground and two large parks. The only downside is its location further away from city center, but we don't mind a 15 minute walk and are very happy to be here. After nap time, Ella and I headed back to the medical clinic to have her TB test read. All is well and she is medically cleared for her visa.

We had another pretty open day with fun on the playground and at Children's Park. There's an elderly man there with two bounce houses and a big trampoline that cost about 50 cents per kid to play. We visit there daily and the wee Martinis have a lot of fun and a nice gross motor workout. A few steps away are two Soviet era festival rides that the kids always enjoy before we leave the park. Again, the cost is about 50 cents per child and these rides go long, at least 5 minutes. We think these outings are ten dollars well spent each day to entertain Rex, Emilia and Ella.
In the afternoon, Ella and I went to the Ministry of Justice to sign for a certificate we need and then we picked up her passport. Now we wait for the US embassy to give us an interview date for Ella's visa.
